Spirit Airlines begins flights from USA to Quintana Roo
Spirit Airlines announced that, through alliances with hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya, flights to these tourist destinations will begin on June 25th.
24 hours after the start of the new season for Quintana Roo and being placed in "orange" status, the airline Spirit Airlines announced that through partnerships with hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya, from June 25 will begin flights to visit these tourist destinations.
The Hotel Association of Cancun, Puerto Morelos & Islas Mujeres reported that little by little, room occupancy is increasing in 152 hotels, after the announcement of the opening under the sanitary conditions required by federal, state, and municipal authorities.
The report of Spirit Airlines states that will begin the transfer of tourists from the United States to Mexico on June 25th; the destinations will be Baltimore / Washington with three flights a week and Dallas / Fort Worth with two flights every seven days.
From Detroit will offer one flight a week, from Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood two flights, and from Chicago to Cancun one trip a week, the airline said that for next July transfers will increase.
According to the program disclosed by Spirit Airlines and in the hands of tour operators, there will be five departures a week to Cancun from Baltimore / Washington; from Dallas / Fort Worth seven flights every seven days; from Detroit five flights; from Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood seven more flights a week.
As well as seven trips from Houston and five more flights from Chicago, which would be the offer of this airline to the tourist destinations located, mainly, in the municipalities of Benito Juarez, Solidaridad, and Tulum.
