The body uses water to maintain its temperature, eliminate waste, and lubricate the joints, but not everyone likes to drink plain water, so we recommend putting a touch of flavor with lemon and ginger, two inputs that also by themselves provide great health benefits.

Drinking water is a healthy habit that should be present throughout the day for a lifetime; every cell, tissue, and organ in the body needs water to function properly.

Ingredients

One liter of water

A ginger

One lemon

Preparation

Put a liter of water on the heat and when it starts to boil add a few cubes of ginger. Turn off the heat after a minute and cover the pot. Wait 15 minutes and it's ready.

Squeeze a lemon and stir before consuming.

It is preferable to consume this water at room temperature or warm.

You can take this water with you all day for regular consumption.

Preferably do not sweeten or otherwise add a touch of honey.

Lemon is a powerful bactericide containing vitamin C and flavonoids that help strengthen the immune system; this increases your body's defenses.

Ginger is rich in antioxidants, slows down the aging process, strengthens the immune system, is digestive, fights stress and anxiety, and improves blood circulation.
