Protein fish pizza recipe

(for 3 pizzas)

Ingredients

500 g boneless fish fillets (raw)
500 g wheat flour
100 ml water
40 g fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of oil
salt to taste
150 g tomato sauce
600 g mozzarella or fresh cheese, to taste

Instructions

Cook the fillets in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not form a hard crust on the surface of the fillets. Allow cooling for 10 minutes at room temperature.

In a bowl, make a dough ball with flour, salt, yeast, water (warm), oil, and fish at room temperature. Mix and knead until a homogeneous dough is formed. Form dough balls of about 400 g and let rise for 30 minutes at 25°C (77°F).

Spread the dough in the oiled pizza pan, cover with the sauce, and let rise for another 30 minutes at 25°C. Bake for 15 minutes in a high oven, add the cheese, and finish cooking.
