This dessert will also appeal to children and is very easy to make - no boiling or baking required. It can be eaten as it is or spread on a rice galette, for example. This amount of ingredients is enough for two people.

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado;
1 ripe, sweet banana;
1 tablespoon cocoa. You can start without a heap, and add more later if you think the mixture is too light.
A teaspoon tip of vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel. Blend with the banana in a bowl, add the cocoa and vanilla sugar and blend until all the ingredients are well mixed and you have a yogurt-like mixture. If the cream seems too light, more cocoa can be added gradually. Serve in glasses or bowls, garnish with nuts, berries, and coconut shavings and eat immediately after preparation.
