It was on June 10, 2022, when the lifeless body of a television producer was found inside his home; it showed signs of violence and was bound by hands and feet, according to the authorities reports. The alleged perpetrator of this crime, his partner, was arrested more than a month after the homicide occurred in the State of Mexico (Edomex).
According to official information, last Tuesday, July 26, Samanta 'N', alias 'La Sammy' was captured in the vicinity of the municipality of Chimalhuacán, in the State of Mexico, by elements of the Specialized Homicide Prosecutor's Office of the Eastern Zone of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM); of the General Directorate of Citizen Security of Nezahualcóyotl, and the anti-homicide task force of the federal Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) in compliance with an arrest warrant for the murder of Mexican television producer Guillermo Salvador 'N'.
The authorities' investigations establish that last June 6, the accused, Samanta 'N', 20 years old, who is known as 'La Sammy', coordinated with drug dealers and planned the robbery of the house of television producer Guillermo Salvador 'N', who was her partner. The house is located in the Benito Juarez neighborhood, in the municipality of Nezahualcoyotl.
Two days later, on the 8th of last month, the woman arrived at the house and, minutes later, allowed access to several men, who beat the victim, tied her hands and feet, and finally killed her. In this robbery, several items, such as jewelry, cash, and a motorcycle, were stolen, with which they fled after the murder. It should be noted that the lifeless body of Guillermo Salvador 'N' was found on June 10 by another woman.
More than a month after the crime, 'La Sammy', the primary person responsible for the murder of the producer, was arrested in the Lomas de Totolco neighborhood, in Chimalhuacán. She was later transferred before a criminal judge at the Neza-Bordo Penitentiary and Social Reinsertion Center, where she was charged with homicide and robbery.
