La Última Lucha Pulquería

Bordering on kitsch with nods to wrestling that are present everywhere you look, in this large pulque house, and cured drinks win hands down. The menu boasts more than 20 cured drinks options, but mint is undoubtedly the king, followed by seasonal fruit.  It also has a branch next to the Rectoría de la UdeG. Pulqueria Mexica

From a small jug of 310 milliliters to a large one of one-liter capacity, the range of measures to drink pulque straight. If you prefer it mixed with some fruit, vegetable, or cereal, that is, cured, in this little corner you will find more than 30 alternatives, including ground sesame, peanuts, amaranth, and others. Revueltas

White in color and semi-sweet in flavor is the pulque from Apan, Hidalgo, which is savored here slowly to appreciate its slightly thick texture. For liters and half liters, ask for the mead ferment, as well as the cured pulque with a good dose of ginger, oatmeal, and even red wine with strawberry and white wine with mint. La Pulkata

Straight from the State of Hidalgo comes the so-called "nectar of the gods" to be enjoyed straight, although in this heat it is not bad if it is mixed with mango, pineapple, coconut, lemon, peanut, cocoa, oatmeal, apple, or other seasonal fruits, thanks to the curing process. If the craving is sweeter, then ask for marzipan, blueberry, blackberry, and others; although if you are one of those who do not forgive the right pulque, there are small pitchers of 250 milliliters to liter.
