Interjet opens the Cancun flight to Lima, Peru
In order to encourage travel between Mexico and Lima, Peru, the Interjet airline announced the start of operations from Cancun with a flight to the South American city.
According to Notimex, the route was opened to motivate travel between the business and tourism segments, as well as those who travel to visit their relatives.
In a statement, the airline said it will be from June 17 when the flight begins, which will be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft with capacity for 150 passengers.
The airline connects Lima-Mexico for three years, and currently covers a total of 26 flights a week and offers 3,900 weekly seats.
