The Government of Acapulco, through the Secretariat of Municipal Tourism, participated in the discussion "Inclusive Beaches", as part of the activities of the National Meeting of Tourist Municipalities AALMAC 2022.

In his speech, the Secretary of Municipal Tourism, David Abarca Rodriguez, participated in the "Inclusive Beaches" discussion, where he highlighted that the port of Acapulco will soon have an inclusive beach in the area of Manzanillo, to have a recreational space for seniors and people with disabilities.

Abarca Rodriguez mentioned that with the inclusive beach they will enjoy a pleasant stay without difficulties or obstacles in the port of Acapulco.

The administration of the mayor, Abelina Lopez Rodriguez is working to achieve a space that has the required needs for this sector. A campaign will be created to raise awareness about the importance and needs of visitors.

They work hand in hand with the vendors and tourist service providers of this area so that the project is carried out in order and benefits the local economy. This beach will have free access, without obstacles for swimmers, a place for all families to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea of the most beautiful bay in Mexico.
