Puerto Aventuras is a tourist development that has a golf course opened in 1991 by Thomas Leman, a beautiful boardwalk, a swimming program with dolphins and manatees, a beach club, a nautical museum, restaurants, hotels, villas, condominiums, a club of tennis and a picturesque shopping centre.
Puerto Aventuras is a world-class residential complex that is made up of three bays: Fatima, Chan Yu Yum and Chac Hal that offer beautiful white sand beaches. In front of the beach and in the middle of the bay there is an island, which serves as a night shelter for thousands of birds.
The atmosphere of luxury and class is complemented by the marina and a considerable amount of quaint shops and charming restaurants serving exquisite dishes. Here is one of the oldest golf courses in the area, a spectacular par 36 that has become a classic of the place. In addition to the usual activities in the Caribbean such as swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling, diving, boating and fishing there is the opportunity to swim with dolphins and manatees.
The Marina of Puerto Aventuras offers a complete service with boarding area, private shops, and from here you can rent boats for fishing out to sea, or just for a walk. Regattas are organized during the months of May and June. It is another ideal place to swim, sunbathe, snorkel, snorkel, fish and sail.
Another attraction is the CEDAM, Museum of sunken ships, with objects rescued from a large number of boats from different eras that sank near this coast. Opens every day.

The exclusive Vidanta theatre will host the first resident show of Cirque du Soleil in Mexico, an unprecedented experience in the Riviera Maya.
