'Taco chronicles' the Netflix documentary series
The Netflix original documentary series 'Taco chronicles' (Las crónicas del taco) seeks to showcase the best of Mexican gastronomy.
The entertainment company Netflix will launch in July a new documentary series Taco Chronicles (Las crónicas del taco), which shows an emblematic food of Mexico: the taco. All the chapters will be available on the streaming platform on the same day of its premiere, the purpose is that the world knows the culinary culture that exists in the country.
The new audiovisual product will show the importance of the taco for the Mexican, the different ingredients with which it can be accompanied, the preparation, and the fundamental of the spicy. In addition, they seek to document the origin, evolution, and place where each of them is the "King", which is why the company has decided to use only 6 types of tacos: shepherd, carnitas, carne asada, basket, and stew.
