Storytel, the audio-streaming platform in Spanish, is presented in Mexico as a new entertainment option where users through an app on mobile devices and a monthly subscription, have unlimited access to more than 110,000 audiobooks, podcasts, original series, e-books, and more.

Users of the Storytel app can take advantage of any time of the day: the time they spend in traffic, in the gym, or cooking to enjoy some of the thousands of stories, even without being connected to the internet.

The Storytel catalog includes the latest bestsellers, business titles, personal development, biographies, classics, and much more. Among the most relevant titles are Sapiens, The monk who sold his Ferrari, Your wrong zones, Twilight, The Alchemist, Like water for chocolate, and Girls well.

Users can enjoy authors of the likes of Paulo Coelho, Jordan Peterson, Stephen King, Jose Saramago, and Laura Esquivel, as well as listen to narrations in the voice of great personalities such as Michelle Obama, Glenn Close, Tom Hanks, Neil Gaiman, Ofelia Medina, Gina Jaramillo, Alondra de la Parra and Hugh Laurie-better known as Dr. House.

"Stories are the thread of the world, unite people, allow us to live other lives and take us to unimaginable places, Storytel puts them in the palm of your hand so you can enjoy them wherever and whenever you want," said José Alberto Parra García, Country Manager of Storytel in Mexico.

Storytel Mexico is presented in our country not only with a wide catalog of previously published titles but with original series created especially for audio through its platform Storytel Originals. People like me from José Ignacio "El Chascas" Valenzuela, narrated by Mario Ríos, is the most recent of them.

Storytel is available on iOS and Android; users can access unlimited for 14 days at no cost and subsequently, the monthly cost is only 149 pesos without limit of use and can be canceled at any time.

The functions of the platform allow the user to reduce or increase the speed of the narration, write notes, schedule the listening time, place markers, share on social networks and even send a gift title to a friend for free.

In addition, the app offers a mode for children called "Kids Mode" with which, children can listen to books according to their age, selected especially for them.

Storytel is the first unlimited audio subscription service that is launched in Mexico. Valuing the rich oral tradition of the country, the company has formed a 100 percent local work team to provide the best consumer experience and bring the best stories to the Mexican public.

With its launch in Mexico, Storytel seeks to lead the consumption of audiobooks in the country and become a spearhead for the future expansion of the company in Latin America. Local trends, the growing demand for subscription services via streaming in the local market, and the wide catalog that is offered make it an achievable goal.
