Since the case was made public last August, three different prosecutors for sexual crimes have had the case, but none of them have been able to arrest him.

In the other video, he walks alone, it was captured after he attacked a victim. Details from the authorities indicate that he attacks most often in the vicinity of Miguel Hidalgo, but they have also recorded aggressions in Álvaro Obregón, Benito Juárez, Magdalena Contreras, Cuauhtémoc, Cuajimalpa and now in Tlalpan.

As in all the cases, the subject approached a 19-year-old girl in Tlalpan and told her that he was being followed by the police and that he needed her help to escape, in reality, he threatens them with a knife, hugs them, and takes them to parks or hidden and lonely places to abuse them.
