Qatar Airways Cargo starts services Macao-Guadalajara

Since January 6, Qatar Airways Cargo has started freight services between Guadalajara and Macao, with two weekly flights aboard a Boeing 777F aircraft.

The flight takes off on Sundays from Macau to Los Angeles, in the United States. From there it flies to Guadalajara and Mexico City, from where it connects with Doha via Liège, in Belgium.

"The cargo service offers significant capacity to and from Guadalajara, and is an important addition to our growing network of more than 60 destinations," said Guillaume Halleux, president of Cargo in Qatar, adding that this launch not only provides a " consistent and reliable service ", but also contributes to the economic and commercial growth of Mexico.

In 2018, Qatar Airways Cargo had an increase in cargo volumes of 10% compared to the previous year, in addition to exports increased 14% and the airline received two international awards for its services in the industry.
