On a scale of 5, Mexico achieves an assessment of 3.46 points in 2019 according to the XII Panorama Report of the Spanish Investment in Latin America prepared by IE BUSINESS SCHOOL with the support of Llorente & Cuenca and Iberia, and whose complete conclusions will be presented on next February 20 in an act that will take place in Madrid.

This score 3.46 for 2019 is slightly lower than the 3.67 that Mexico obtained in 2018 according to the same report.

In the full report of last year, highlights some aspects such as the assessment of Mexico City as the best metropolis in the region to do business by the 104 Spanish companies that participated in the report of last year's edition.

"Mexico is one of the main, if not the main, destination of Spanish investments in Ibero-America along with Brazil. But unlike the South American country, Mexico has managed to attract a much more diversified investment portfolio: banking, energy, auto parts, tourism or IT, "says Juan Carlos Martinez Lázaro, professor at IE Business School and director of the report.
