Mazatlan ready for Jazz Fest

Everything is ready for the Mazatlan Jazz Fest, which will take place from March 20 to 23 in the Historic Center of the city. With the presentation of national and international artists, as well as the performance of clinics and concerts, on that musical genre, that cultural event is expected to be successful.

The artistic events will be based in the Plazuela Machado, the Angela Peralta Theater, the Music School of the Municipal Arts Center, and in some restaurants in that area of Mazatlan. During Jazz Fest 2019, the 500 years of Havana will be celebrated, so some of the invited artists are from Cuba and cities such as Mexico, Chiapas, Durango, and also from Mazatlan.

In the development of the Jazz Fest there will be a special dinner, which costs 1,400 pesos and an opening show, which will sell tickets for 300, 200 and 100 pesos since with the sale of those tickets, it is estimated to raise funds to support the event and strengthen other projects to improve the historic center. The clinics, conferences, and film screenings will be free and open to the general public.
