With the beautiful Mexican Caribbean coast as a backdrop, Andrea Bocelli will perform on Saturday, February 26th at a hotel in the Riviera Maya before 6,000 people who will pay between $190 and $1,500 dollars for tickets, according to organizers of the Gala.

At a press conference held at the Playa Maroma Beach Club, Riviera Maya, the resort where the presentation will take place, details of the concert, organized by Global Pear Live Events and Music Vibe, were announced. In this sense, it was announced that ticket sales will begin on the 11th at www.funticket.mx, but with a special pre-sale from the 8th to the 10th of this month.

The press conference was attended by José Luis Alva, CEO of Music Vibe; Eduardo Soto, General Producer via Zoom; Mauricio Carreón Lavalle, Commercial Director of Grupo Posadas; Alex Cavina, General Manager of Maroma Beach Club; and Julián Pérez Nafarrate, Director of Projects at Idefin.

During the talk with the media, it was announced that the presentation of the so-called "World's Most Loved Tenor" will generate an economic revenue of over 130 million pesos (about 6.3 million dollars) from ticket sales and room occupancy at the host hotel, as well as indirect revenue and the generation of some 1,200 jobs for the event.

It was also indicated that the concert will last two hours, that the maximum capacity allowed will be six thousand people, that is 70%, and that the cost of the tickets will be between 3,900 pesos and 30 thousand pesos (190 and 1,500 dollars).

According to the information provided, during Easter last year, in the historic Duomo Cathedral in Milan, Bocelli presented the concert "Music for Hope", which was viewed in "live stream" by more than three million people around the world. Subsequently, the video received more than 28 million views in its first 24 hours on YouTube.

Andrea Bocelli is one of the most acclaimed singers in modern history, performing in the world's finest concert halls and opera houses, and has sold 90 million records. He has a Golden Globe, seven Classical BRITs, and seven World Music Awards, as well as a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His previous album, "Si", reached number one on the U.S. and U.K. charts.
