Harry Styles releases song he recorded in Cancun

The singer Harry Styles, ex-member of the group One Direction, surprised his fans by releasing his new single titled "Lights up" which was recorded in Mexico, specifically in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

The video released a few hours ago is rapidly becoming a trend in social networks and it also manages to visualize a patrol of the Mexican police.

On August 3 and 4, 2019 Styles was in Cancun in the colony Lombardo Toledano which was closed for almost 24 hours, for the filming of this project that until now had been kept secret giving rise to a series of speculations about what might be involved.

Although the area in which it was recorded is not really visible, its Mexican fans and especially the people of Cancun have shown their enthusiasm on Twitter mainly for this video.

The owner of the house they rented as Harry Styles' dressing room told local media that the singer behaved very humble and even left flower arrangements all over the house.

The former One Direction, dressed in his characteristic clothes and could observe the use of a boxing bag on the set.

It is not known if this song could anticipate the release of a new album to continue his career as a soloist.

Harry Styles has been trying to make inroads into other fields as an actor by participating in the film Dunkerque of renowned director Christopher Nolan and recently rejected the role of "Prince Eric" in the live action of "The Little Mermaid" being developed by Disney.
