The first sales of monumental and emblematic hotels in the besieged hotel zone of Cancun began, with ads beginning to appear on the internet.

This week the first sales of monumental and emblematic lodgings in the besieged hotel zone of Cancun began to be announced on the Internet, from Gran Turismo, Five Star, and Four Star hotels, to cabins and residences facing the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. For example, real estate firms are already advertising impressive packages of 602 rooms or a 14-story building, with prices ranging from 460 million dollars to 1 million dollars.

The tourism crisis is changing the course of several entrepreneurs who have decided to sell the facilities that for many years were built, maintained, defended from hurricanes and economic ups and downs of the country. Most are located in the hotel zone of Cancun and range from Puerto Cancun to Punta Nizuc, with the necessary reservations. The ads explain:
