Azteca Stadium boasts new technology to take care of the court
The game between the Chiefs of Kansas City and the Chargers of Los Angeles that will be played in the Azteca Stadium is getting closer and closer, so the building is taking all the precautions to avoid an incident like last year.
The Colossus of St. Ursula boasted on Twitter that they have a new technology, a Dutch system of artificial lighting to accelerate the growth of grass and last longer.
According to information from Mediotiempo.com, the Dutch company SGL System is the supplier of this technology.
With this, the Azteca Stadium does not want to repeat what happened in 2018 when the court was in very poor condition after multiple games, concerts, and rains, which caused the NFL to cancel the encounter that Chiefs and Rams would have in the country.
Now Kansas City and the Chargers will play in the Colossus of Santa Ursula on November 18, at Monday Night Football.
