Amelia Tulum, the best residential building in 2018

As a luxury and innovation project, the World Architecture Festival recognized real estate development Amelia Tulum, in Yucatan, as the best residential project of the future 2018.

The Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos Group project participated in the Future Project Residential category along with 10 other projects from around the world, resulting in a winner.

The residential complex has 38 bright and spacious apartments, up to three bedrooms, distributed on the ground floor, second floor, and penthouse, with a design inspired by Tulum.

Within its amenities unclogs its covered terraces, a solarium, private pools, and pleasant roof gardens, Amelia has amenities such as swimming pools, hammocks, gym, business center, multipurpose room, sky-bar terrace to firepit area, bicycles, and concierge service.

"The internal finishes are in Chukum, obtained with the wisdom of a native tree, and with fine woods from the Yucatan peninsula such as Tzalam and Giles wood", highlights the firm.
